This is a 12” Panawal Angkhola khukuri. This has a hand forged razor sharp blade with good cutting edge. It is a hunting type of khukuri & has a heavy blade that easily splits the bigger log of wood.
The handle is well balanced that perfectly fits the fists that delivers more strength while chopping. The blade can be used to chop wood, meat, bushes etc.
two small knives namely Karda & Chakmak. Karda is a small sharp knife which can be used to cut small woods, dig holes, skinning out animals. Similarly, we have Chakmak that can be used for honing the blade and produce sparks .
Karda and Chakmak produced by GGK is of high quality as they are too made from leaf spring blade compared to others serving the very purpose.
