This is a 10.5 inch Afghani Gripper Khukuri. This is a full tang khukuri with the bottom extended developing capacity of breaking the defensive walls of the enemies easily. The blade is made razor sharp.

Handling is made easy by grippers and can easily accommodate any hand (left or right) with the most secure grip.

Gurkhas especially carried service khukuri with them but at the time of war they carry a razor sharp khukuri too and that is "Afghani Khukuri". This khukuri played a significant role in creating history of Gurkhas.

This khukuri is of great use for any kind of heavy works like  spitting, chopping woods, chopping fire woods, cutting twigs, clearing bushes and butchering purposes.

To make this khukuri more effective and prevent hand from slipping, guard is kept at the integral part of handle for swift swings and to get the work done at one go .

Two small knives namely Karda & Chakmak are also a part of this khukuri. Karda is a small sharp knife which can be used to cut small woods, dig holes, skinning out animals. Similarly, we have Chakmak that can be used for honing  the blade and produce sparks .

Karda and Chakmak produced by GGK are of highest quality as they too are made from leaf spring blade compared to others serving the very purpose.
