How to claim your guarantee

  1. Contact us informing about the defect in the product.
  2. Provide us with photos and videos if possible to help us identify the defect.
  3. We will observe the photos and/or videos you provide to ensure the defect.
  4. We will replace the defective parts within 6 – 10 days including shipping.

  • The defect on the product should be related with material or workmanship.
  • The blade should only be used for the purpose it is designed and built to be used for. For e.g. a light weight blade design to be used for bush craft and fast cutting should not be used for cutting iron/steel nails.
