This is a 10 inch Sirupate khukuri. This traditional knife is especially used by Rai and Limbu people in eastern Nepal and also by Gurkha armies.

This khukuri carves longer cuts due to its long blade length which makes it especially useful to butcher animals, cut trees, bushes etc.

Two small knives namely Karda & Chakmak are also part of this khukuri. Karda is the sharp small knife which can be used to small woods, dig holes, skinning out animals. Similarly, we have Chakmak that can be used for sharpening the blade.

  1. I received this 10in sirupate very quickly. Let me start it is amazing for the price. I can’t imagine how you produce such quality. I’ve had mine about 3months now. I wanted to use it before I posted a looks nice review.
This is a beautiful tool that will last a lifetime. The edge was razor sharp. I’m lucky I have med hands the grip is perfect. I’m saying this incase you have large hands you might need a different design.
I’m very pleased with this and as soon as I get enough I want your other model your famous for.
This is a great company that goes above and beyond.
