This is a 14 inch 2 Fuller Battalion Officer Khukuri .
After second world war various hand made khukuris were made which were designed for officers. We did not reproduce the same because, scabbard, back then were made by white silver which is also called (kothimora). Instead we used leather to make scabbards because it will make it suitable for souvenir and for heavy use.
It has two chira blade with stick tang. It is easy to handle and has razor sharp blade.
It can be used for outdoor works.
Two small knives namely Karda & Chakmak also part of this kukri. Karda is the sharp small knife which can be used to cut small woods, dig holes, skinning out animals. Similarly, we have Chakmak that can be used for sharpening the blade. Chakmak with stone and lokta paper is used in order to lit fire.
